David is the founder & CEO of Sencha Naturals. His vision brought the company to fruition, bringing his love of green tea to mint lovers worldwide. He keeps the staff inspired by throwing communal Thai lunches and occasionally taking us out for some hiking or go-kart racing. He’s also a bit of a prankster, but the rest of us are always two steps ahead. David likes his green tea any way, anytime, anywhere.

Like a personal trainer, Desiree keeps SEN CHA fit by making sure mints are stocked and the office is humming.
She is the head of operations and kindly keeps the staff on their toes. Desiree enjoys spending time with her family and her favorite tea is Hibiscus Pomegranate White Tea. 

Michelle is the driving force behind our brokers and distributors. She's also the smiley face you see at trade shows, reminding you to re-order your mints, or else! Besides her caring nature for SEN CHA, she’s a mommy to an uber-spoiled Jack Russel Terrier who answers to Kobe. And being recently engaged, we’re hoping she doesn’t take maternity leave anytime soon...?

Through a stroke of serendipity, our search for a design company ended when we bumped into Karen and Jonna of the Green Tea Group (with a name like that, how could we not work with them?). These two ladies are the masterminds behind both the classic and the newly re-designed Sencha Naturals brand.  What inspires us:Those who realize success by building their lives around doing what they love to do, no matter what it is.  Favorite quote: "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us". Ralph Waldo Emerson. Favorite flavor of tea: Green Tea, of course! 

Noe handles all the shipping & receiving, making sure our green tea mints get to our enlightened customers all over the world, on time. He's not much of a tea drinker, but David occasionally spikes his Gatorade with a few green tea leaves. Outside of work, he’s the guy you’ll see on the mountain trails blazing by you faster than you can say SEN CHA!

Elsbeth is the newest member of the SEN CHA family, having come on board to head our company’s marketing, branding, and public relations. David is always excited when a new employee joins our company, as it gives him an opportunity to initiate them into our team with his creative pranks and practical jokes. Elsbeth has learned the hard way that it’s best to drink green tea with her ears perked and her eyes wide open... it’s the only way to catch David’s antics.

Many moons ago, Adela arrived at the SEN CHA office with an organic apple and kale chips in hand. She was hired on the spot. From humble beginnings in customer service, she rose to the status of social media maven, and is now our company scribe and virtuoso of green tea. She is a certified Nutritional Consultant, Master Herbalist, and Holistic Health Practitioner. Adela likes her green tea roasty & toasty... and organic, of course.

Deanna is the friendly voice you hear when calling customer service. Besides enlightening our customers, she enlightens her mind full-time at Occidental College in Los Angeles. An avid runner, Deanna is using her gruelling regimen to train David for his first big race.  Her favorite green tea is David's famous iced chai latte.

Andree is a French culinary chef and the flavor formulator behind the many SEN CHA mint varieties. When in need of inspiration, she calls on her dog Miska for a rousing game of fetch to get the mental juices flowing. We’re reluctant to admit we can’t replace her French press, but we love her nonetheless. C’est l’amour, c’est la vie.

Adel runs our mint manufacturing facility, making sure every batch is as amazing as the last. As a child, he was the kid in the classroom who couldn’t leave the play area until all the Legos were put back in the box perfectly color-coded and organized by size. His persnickety tendencies make him the perfect man for this meticulous job. Adel likes his green tea in the form of mints; how else?
