For our retail customers, we offer shipping at a flat rate of $4.95 per order, and free shipping on orders over $35 within the contiguous United States.
Orders are shipped the next business day via USPS Priority Mail and tracking information will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Additional shipping costs are add to orders outside the contiguous United States based on shipping charges. Orders shipping internationally are calculated based on weight and country.
All orders from outside the USA may be subject to import taxes. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are from your local government and can only be paid at time of delivery.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. For our wholesale customers, we offer 30-day terms, on approved credit. As of September 18, 2014 our Loyal'Tea Program has been discontinued. We plan to offer more variety in terms of discount codes and promotions to our loyal customers and email subscribers, instead of the Loyal'Tea points program.
